WHATEVER YOU DO, DONT EVER BUY ANYTHING ON THIS GAME. THEY WILL STOP GIVING YOU THE FREE STUFF!!!! I’ve been playing this game for years and I have completed 9000+ levels. A few months ago I stopped getting the free booster stuff like “fantastic five” or “sweet cinema” or watch a video when I lose to get more moves. I researched this and I think I have figured out what the problem is because evidently this is a VERY common problem. As soon as players make an in game purchase then they lose their free perks. After I read what everyone was saying I REALIZED THAT I MADE MY FIRST IN GAME PURCHASE A FEW MONTHS AGO!! I WOULD APPRECIATE IT IF YOU WOULD GIVE ME BACK THOSE THINGS THAT YOU TOOK FROM ME!

Excually this is not true! I buy (more then us good for me 😉) and still have the free boosters.
Fantastic five WAS a test feature and us removed for everbody. The Cinema is a testing feature, that roulates around to get the best feedback.
So i get your frustrating, but it simple not true. And " they" didn't take anything from you.
And a kind question: stop posting this everywere 😉 Just ask the question and loads of people will give you an awnser/explanation.

Sweet cinema is a joke. Shows the exclamation mark but when you go in says "come back soon"

I play candy crush on my phone and this is the first time I’ve made any purchases and now I don’t get the extra benefits anymore. If you also have not made purchases, don’t start, you’ll be sorry.

I made a 1.99 purchase after years of boosters for watching ads, and poof. Ads disappeared for MONTHS!! I was so irritated. But one day like 2 weeks ago they came back. I was so happy I almost cried. Have not made a purchase since, and wont make any in the future.

Same here 😔 had I read this before, I would have saved my money. With the all stars tournaments on the way, it's useless even to try. No ads means no boosters, and this is unfair if others can rely on them instead. I've been playing this game since day 1, I don't deserve this 😭😭😭 please give me the ads back 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

I’ve been playing candy crush since day 1 too. I do believe it’s random on how and who gets the free boosters. I’ve made purchases but still receive occasional “free boosters”
no idea on the algorithm behind this nor do I care. May the best player win!

I have never used real money in this game but my free daily videos are not showing up and the sweet cinema never had that

It is so true. Once you buy they put you on do not win algorithm until you buy again I have spent so much money and now I am realizing that why all the boosters have gone away. I get nothing free anymore until I buy. Then I go on to win few levels and then again it does not let me pass a level without buying. I quit as on today.
