New system still not working for me

I'm still unable to tag and every time I post a new comment or answer a comment I get a message that my comment will be posted after it's been authorised.

Could you please tell me if it's me or if tagging is a problem for everyone.

Also what is the reason for our comments having to be authorised before being posted.

Tablet android version 9 and phone android version 13. Doesn't work on either.
