Nothing was answered by this. I feel I should get the booster by watching the ads. Simple. I play on two phones. One phone does it and the other don't. What's up????

Welcome to the forum! 🙃
There is no way for you to activate video ads yourself. You either get them, or you don't. They are a promotional feature and as such they don't work on every account. This said, it's possible to actually lose them due to a long-going bug which disables ads if you make an in-game purchase with real money. It's like you get blacklisted and nothing you do can change that. Someone once said he got ads back 1.5 yrs (18 months) after he lost them. 🧐
What level are you at? What device are you playing on? Are you connected to the Internet at all times?
