No more free spins since I made a purchase and more purchases. I complained and was sent a generic message that I must have changed phones, which is a blatant lie. Very disappointing and I would not be making any more purchases as this is a scam in my opinion What went wrong?

Thank you for the feedback , Please do the standard trouble shooting by log out, update your game application, restart your device and login, if playing through browser please clear cache/ history. And login again.
After login again whatever bonus feature you will get that is currently available in your game. Other than that, features might be temporarily unavailable as features come and go. They are not the permanent part of the game and can be replaced or unavailable at any time. Always keep your game up to date and hopefully it might return to you.
This has nothing to do with all you listed. I play candy crush on two different phones and the one I never purchased anything on is just fine. In my household at least 3 of us play candy crush and theirs is fine because they NEVER made any purchase. Mine started once I made a cash purchase and never again will I do that. Instead of sending the same generic messages, how about actually finding out what is causing this glitch that happens whenever anyone makes the mistake of purchasing bundles on candy crush.
