I am going hate the game because I can't buy and used the gold store and I accept all the rules sending me and the information and not fixed

Did you use gold bars with another device in the past?
I'm afraid your smartphone doesn't have Google Mobile Services (GMS), which is why you're unable to even use your gold bars, let alone buy anything off the game shop. Take a look at this thread for reference: Huawei nova 9SE
