TPTB still have not fixed the issue with badges

Hello: I've played the 12K level 3 times trying to get my badge. It went from 8K to 10K then it disappeared all together and has not reappeared. When I open a support ticket they tell me to play the game level again then they give me 25 coins in an attempt to placate me. I don't want free coins. I want my badge! On top of that I cannot connect to the app to buy more coins. The little wheel just keeps spinning around. No one has come up with a solution for that either. At 12,224 and too many years later, It might be time for a new game :(

Have you activated milestone banners in your game settings?

As for your store connection issues - what device are you using? How long have you been unable to connect? What is your country of residence?
