Lost of lives

Why is there that everytime you update the terms, and you do it A LOT, I lost every lives that my friends had send me? Not only that but i have to go trough all the explications and tip even tough i'm over level 4000! It is so very frustrating to the point that i'm actually thinking of not playing anymore.

They haven't updated the terms in the past year, as far as I can tell. What you're experiencing is a known bug. Am I correct to assume you're playing on the browser version through Facebook's website? If this is the case, then you should read my comment here:

All lives lost each time I log in

TL;DR: Try the Windows desktop version. Alternatively, try an Android emulator for PC.

Thanks for reporting will pass this feedback to the Game Team ! Lives can also be lost through an update to the game, your own device or by restarting your device, which clears a certain amount of memory, depending on your device.

I am trying to make a purchase for a dollar 99 I do not know a password I do not have my password an
