Hello @Vijju84558 and welcome to our friendly community! I am sorry to hear that happened. You should contact Player Support directly from the platform (if it's a mobile device) you are playing on and report the issue. You can report an issue by clicking on the pink wheel in your game and then the question mark "?" and then pick the closest topic. Once you read their answer to the topic, you have the option to still contact them. Go ahead and click on that and let them know the issue.
You can also contact player support using the "Contact us" link at the bottom of the page here in the community.
(Also screenshots help, so if you should win again - take a screenshot showing you won, that way you can share that with player support to show you did indeed win).
