May I ask why you wanna start over? Also, what device are you playing on?
The best and quickest option is to create another King account. Even if you play through Facebook's website, just get the Windows (desktop) version of the game and create another King account.
If you wanna use the same email address, you could (in theory, as I haven't done it myself) replace it with an alternative address in your account settings, then register another account with it.
My advice is to keep your old account unless you absolutely must get rid of your progress. Keep in mind you'll probably be better off creating a new account for a chance to get video ads on it. Just don't make in-game purchases with real money until they fix the ads disappearing bug.
