Hi.! Its has been for days now that I do not receive the prizes of the chocolate box after I finish the tasks. Days as in days. Whenever I claim them, the box just renews to a new one but no prizes are credited to me. Why?

If you have updated the latest version of this game already but it's still not received your boosters yet, try another these steps here 👇😊
1. Open this game
2. Select Profile
3. Select Log Out your Facebook/Kingdom Account then Close this game app
4. Reopen this game then Log back in to your profile (don't play first) and finally Open the game (can play now). Then we hope you will receive the boosters back.
Also check that you have a stable internet connection or a strong WiFi signal. You might want to see if your Internet Service Provider is experiencing any current issues.
If it's still not received the boosters after following up these steps, you click on "Contact Us" then you ask a problem and send Game ID (How to find your Game ID) that I hope how they can help and answer you but it taken longer. 😉
