Why don't I get special events?

This has been a problem for several months now. I am not getting any of the special events. I have tried all of the troubleshooting (logout/restart etc). I have uninstalled and reinstalled (am playing on a chromebook) - nothing. Seems like everyone I know who plays receives all these things, and new characters (like Archie). I get nothing. I can't believe that it is all random testing when I am the only one I know who is excluded! HELP.

These new features/events are not available for all of players that's means some players selected while had these new features/events randomly and it's tested. So check this information here 👇😊

And you can also still earned more free boosters (gold bars) by another in-game features/events (also contests on this community) that you can use the boosters to beat any tricky levels too. 😉
