I paid for the gold pass and then all my boosters disappeared. I’m not even getting my streak bonuses.

Welcome to the forum! 👋
You must have realised by now that your boosters are not gone. As pointed out above, this is not a bug.
Make sure you never reinstall the game or delete app data, as this will truly wipe off your boosters, since they are stored locally on your device.
If you believe your timed booster from the Gold Pass was wasted due to these redesigned levels, you can write to Support to ask for compensation.

There are some levels in the game where it is not possible to choose the boosters at the beginning. This could happen because the board is full of blockers and there is no room for other boosters or when a new feature is introduced. Don't worry! In the next level the boosters will return.

I've been having trouble with trying to get to the next Ad, because every time I think the Ad is finished and I try to go to the next Ad, it takes me completely out of the game. So, then I lose my chance at the level, and the boosters that might have been able to help me. Any suggestions?

On 28 of December I paid by paysafe 2.99 for a booster pack two times and neither received the booster nor got my money back. The same happened on 30 of December with a 3.99 booster once this time
