A few weeks ago someone posted in here that level 9563 was the best for purple candies which indeed it was pretty good. Lo and behold I go in today to do the purple candy quest and they changed 9563. No longer good for purple candies. Thanks, King!

I forgot to mention that you need to go to a computer browser to this page and at the bottom is a link "Contact Us." That's what prompted a fast reply.
If you feel that you were due a reward and didn't get it, write to the support desk. That happened to me before and they were surprisingly responsive. They can look up your account and give you a reward if you earned it. I gave my Facebook account info so they knew how to find my account.
Thank you for your reply, I will also continue playing and fingers crossed that I win tomorrow, hopefully in the top 3 positions. I had just made it to top position on 17th Feb when this "error" occurred. My game was ok last week until the timer ran down to 00.00 then all I got was "calculating results" and a spinning circle. I left the screen open and 2 hours later I did get my reward.
@MontanaBlack. I won't beg them. They love that. but I can assure you when I find a new level that works for me, I won't be sharing that info. Defeats the purpose of this group.
Collecting Purple Candies is already hard enough, now they removed in level 1000 the purple Candies! WHY?????????? PLEASE BRING BACK THE PURPLE CANDIES IN LEVEL 1000!!!!
I'm having this issue too, again! I posted about the "Lovely Leaderboard" last weekend when they had the purple hearts contest. Obviously King has server issues and doesn't care to fix them. I will report that I did end up winning the event last Monday even though I couldn't see my status during the event. Here's mine:
My point is this. They encourage you to come in here and post your tips and tricks but when we do they take away whatever was giving us points.This forum is not our friend.
I'm collecting purple heart candies for the current "Lovely Leaderboard" event which ends Monday 8am UK time, but for the past 36 hours my leader board won't open to show the latest results. I just have a dash next to my profile pic instead of showing my position. I'm wondering if my totals from each level played are actually being registered or if I'm wasting my time. I have cleared the cache etc on my pc. How will I know if I have won a prize?
@Tricia55 The problem is that the change is not to all the players, part they still have cascades where they can collect many purple.
Same for level 1000. They eliminated purple
So I will never post any tips or tricks in here. King does not want us to succeed. Wants us to fail. Do not like King.
