I'm collecting purple heart candies for the current "Lovely Leaderboard" event which ends Monday 8am UK time, but for the past 36 hours my leader board won't open to show the latest results. I just have a dash next to my profile pic instead of showing my position. I'm wondering if my totals from each level played are actually being registered or if I'm wasting my time. I have cleared the cache etc on my pc. How will I know if I have won a prize?
I'm having this issue too, again! I posted about the "Lovely Leaderboard" last weekend when they had the purple hearts contest. Obviously King has server issues and doesn't care to fix them. I will report that I did end up winning the event last Monday even though I couldn't see my status during the event. Here's mine:
Thank you for your reply, I will also continue playing and fingers crossed that I win tomorrow, hopefully in the top 3 positions. I had just made it to top position on 17th Feb when this "error" occurred. My game was ok last week until the timer ran down to 00.00 then all I got was "calculating results" and a spinning circle. I left the screen open and 2 hours later I did get my reward.
If you feel that you were due a reward and didn't get it, write to the support desk. That happened to me before and they were surprisingly responsive. They can look up your account and give you a reward if you earned it. I gave my Facebook account info so they knew how to find my account.
