Why are my purchases half showing up???

Lately I’ve been spending too much money on upgrades and boosters but hey I like winning on the first go round. The issue is I’ll buy a $5.99 bundle- get the gold bars but not the boosters or buy extra gold bars to get 5 extra moves but will only get 1 extra move out of the 5. I don’t mind spending the money as I like the game (candy crush) but I don’t like not getting what I paid for. I know it’s not me, not my phone, not my service or wi-fi connection. I work at the biggest tech company in the world so I’ve done all the troubleshooting and everything where it could be on my end.

There's been a few reports recently of people not getting the full bundle purchased. You should report each incident to Support, so they can investigate and either manually deliver what's missing or advise you what to do.

I also don't think it's user's fault, as you either get everything at once, or you don't get anything. Getting only gold bars but not boosters or the other way around is simply not normal app/server behaviour.
