Getting booted out

So frustrating, happens daily that I'm playing a level and get booted out, most times when I'm on a streak and have used boosters and or gold bars. I lose my streak and boosters/gold bars. Is there anyway to prevent it?

Sorry to hear you're having issues while playing. Does the game app closes so you have to open it again or are you getting error message?

Have you tried restarting your device and check for any available updates for the game?

I have updated the game app and my tablet. It doesn't boot me completed out of the app just back to the "play" button again. No error message is given.
