removal of avatar frames

@QueenB Going on 2-3 days now. Is King finally updating the frames/adding more, or have they been permanently removed? Not really a big deal overall, though I think the avatars look naked without them.

    In fact, it's been like this for about 3 days now. Avatars without them look weird. I hope King didn't remove them, I know some features aren't permanent, but this one has to be permanent, avatars look better with them.
