I'll split that stuff into sections
Section 1: Gameplay. maybe it could be like candy crush soda, jelly or friends or just normal candy crush or maybe other stuff like farm heroes saga.
Section 2: The Map and Levels. the people could make a map like amount of worlds or add or remove worlds/levels or create custom level types.
Section 3: Boosters. Maybe this can could have boosters.
Conclusion: I think this would be pretty epic and think what potential there could be, custom worlds, new blockers, etc. hope some one answers it and hopefully likes it.
