Server error

I am so annoyed. I haven't been able to connect to the server or log in, in any of the 3 candy crush games I play in over 3 weeks. I have contacted support multiple times only to get stupid automated responses that don't help and I don't get any of the videos for extra lives, can't use my gold bars to play extra lives and was reset back to level 1 on one of the games. I don't get my booster wheel anymore either as of this weekend.



Worst customer service ever since you don't actually do anything to help. What is wrong with this game???

    Sorry for the inconvenience . The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.

    This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.

    So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.

    Your game app is corrupted and you need to reinstall the game app after uninstalling to get the solution. Uninstalling the game app will cause you to lose all stored booster and unsaved levels but your problem will be solved.
