Why do you click to watch ads and only a black screen comes up

I keep getting blank black screens when clicking to watch ads and the only way to get them to go away is to close the app and then I lose the rewards I have received from previous ads. Example: when I run out of lives and I get three videos for boosters and extra turns and third one always comes up blank. This has never happened before. I’m on ios 16.3.1

The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.

This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.

So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.
