Why, almost anytime I go to play, there are new terms?

About every other time I go to play CC a pop-up says that there are new terms. If I close it and go somewhere else, then come back, the new terms notice doesn't pop-up. Then, most of the time when it does pop-up, the special events disappear and states "Coming Soon". Eventhough I play several times each day, when they finally come back, things like they daily bonus goes down and I lose my place. This is all a bunch of B.S. and very frustrating. Oh, and if I accept the new terms, CC becomes so small I can't play it.

Hello there,
Have you also noticed your stored lives from friends disappearing? Terms popping up sounds like a known issue. Do you happen to play through Facebook's website?
