Recurring bug corrupts the graphics

Now and again over the past couple of weeks I will open a board on my Desktop and the candies look wrong. Thick layers of frosting show up as chocolate (but don't behave like chocolate), orange candies are cut in half, bombs look like they are under a layer of plastic. This makes the level hard to impossible to play because nothing looks like it should.
