Another day of new terms pop-up

Just how often do "New Terms" happen? I see it sometimes several time per day, every day, whether I agree to the "New Terms" or not! The best thing to do is to close the game and come back later. If I agree to the new terms, any of the little bonuses in events disappears and it states "New Events Coming". By that time, in things which accumulate, you lose your place, eventhough you play the game multiple times per day. Then, often what also happens, the size of the games shrinks to a size too small for me to play. By the time they fix it, my bonus have shrunk to 1. The best thing to do is to close the game and come back later, until the "New Terms" pops-up again.
