Retrieve my progress level
Hello Candy crush team,
i used to play the game candy crush saga on my android phone for more than 8years ago. My last level is 7219. Now i switched to iPhones. I synced the game through my facebook account. When i look into my candy crush accout it always display my level to 576. Could you please fix it 7219?

or Please email Player Support so they can restore the levels manually on your account.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - My Game Progress - Contact us and send them an email. Don't forget to mention what level you were on!
It's important that you choose "Problems with my game" as your topic and "Game didn't save" as your subtopic.
