Daily Treat Machine & lives lost

My Treat Machine did not pop up, but when I under "events" it tells me I have 16 hrs before the next one, and I didn't even get to play it yesterday. Last night when I stopped playing I had 10 lives sent from friends. This morning they are all gone. I have not cleaned the cache or do any updates on my computer. These lives disappear more often now. My phone hasn't lost anything when I play on that - all lives are there. What's up??

    Hi there!

    I'm not quite sure what could be the issue and why Treat Calendar is not showing up for you. My first recommendation is to try restarting the device and make sure you have the latest game app version installed.

    If that still doesn't help, can you get back with a screenshot of the event tap so we can see the timer?

    As for lives, we can't guarantee you that these will be saved on your device as this an update on the device or game app might wipe them out. I'm really sorry but this can happen sometimes 😕

    Well it appears all normal now, I received "gift" lives, but when they all disappear again I will let you know. My Daily Treat machine is counting down at 7 hrs & 32 minutes.. again, I will find out tomorrow morning. I am not sure how to "update" my computer for the latest app.

    Okay so this morning, the Daily Treat machine is working, but any lives I had are gone again and I am now down to zero. Again, no updates and/or changes to my computer for them to have been wiped out.

    Hi, I just noticed most of mine disappeared also. I had like over 200 and now I only have around 8. I just signed in on another device and I now see all of my lives! They just don't all show up on one of my devices for some reason.
