I've used zero lives until this evening and went to add my first 5 lives, but it shows a count down of over 5 hours?
It's not a glitch. They have changed the counter so that it starts at 20/20 and when you use a life, it gets subtracted and the count goes down. Basically, reverse of what it was.

So, we have a new update regarding the lives issue you have been reporting. A couple of days ago they changed the lives by adding a timer, so you can see how long you have until you can use new lives. Additional to that we have changed the way the lives are counted down. Before it counted upwards from 0 to 20 and with the latest update it now counts downwards from 20 to 0. (check the image for reference).
Do you think this is clear enough or was it easier to understand before the new update?

The timer will only appear after the daily limit is reach, which is something you have already got use too.
The timer is only a visual representation that will allow you to know how much time you have to wait to be able to accept lives again.
During the implementation of this feature there was an issue that prevented the normal claiming of lives. The studio already fixed the issue and you should be able to claim lives normally.
In 24 hours you can only accept 20 lives. The system wont let you accept more than 20.
I can not access my lives in request. It will not click or highlight any lives I have in my bank.

Here, too! It says I have to wait 10 hours to accept more (so, midnight), but I haven't played since yesterday afternoon. As if 20 lives per day weren't few enough, now we don't even get those?
I open up the envelope as I am out of lives and it won't let me accept the ones that are there. What is the problem.
the annoying thing is, the threads that are talking about this problem have answered next to them. but we have not had an answer. which i fear means we are going to be ignored just like usual, and have anogher terrible change to the game forced upon us. hope i am wrong.

All of a sudden I am no longer able to click the box to accept lives from my friends. I can still send lives but the box to accept lives is not highlighted..any advice????
I have no issue sending lives but cannot collect any that are sent to me. Cannot collect them individually or all at once. Check boxes are greyed out. Is this being looked into?

yes if we have 30 lives we should be able to use them all. they give us a limit of 200 so why not let us use 200. ugh get this fixed if you want me to continue playing

There was no need to change it at all. It's just added confusion. Should have left it alone.

The way the lives are received has changed on my game. Has this happened to anyone else? There is a timer now instead of number for the amount you can receive in a day.

This happened to me, too. Not sure whatās going on, but itās definitely a change I donāt like.
Same thing happening to me. Should be 0/20 at midnight so I can use my friend's lives that were sent but it originally had a countdown clock and once it hit midnight, it says 20/20 like I already used them all.
100% agree. Iāve been spending so much money in the last few weeks due to all these money making changes that are making it harder to play. I mean we have 200 lives that weāve earned but can only use 20 of them in a 24 hour period , THEY ARE OUR LIVES AND IF WE WANT TO USE THEM ALL AT ONCE, it is our choice. My 20 lives are usually gone within 5 minutes of them being reset at 12am. Sick of them keep taking stuff away and making this once enjoyable game hard to play
Hi, it happened to me too two days ago on my pc, and yesterday on my mobile but then it sorted itself out by itself, at least it was like that for me.

Itās been frozen at 20/20 additional lives for over 48 hours. After getting no where with customer supported, I reinstalled and lost my entire progress from the past several months as well as my stored up additional lives not that I was able to use them anyway. Iāve attached a screen shot from earlier today showing the 20/20 for additional lives used ā itās been that way for 2 days and counting
Had the timer for less than a day and no access to the my gifted lives. Back to normal and I can use as many gifted lives as I want.
My life counter is not resetting at midnight. It has said 20/20 for 3 days now even though I am at 200 extra lives sent by my friends, I cannot use them since I updated the game a few days ago.
