No we don't @thinkingthoughts23. King do not generally reimburse you for items won by playing the game. King only reimburse you if you spent any real money.
Do we ever get reimbursed for these kinds of errors?
Hello @thinkingthoughts23 I can't tell you why this error happens, but I can tell you that it has been going on for a long time. The fact that issues with ingredients not exiting the board correctly, as well as the game ending before all matched candy has been removed, have been going on for so long would indicate that either the problem isn't being investigated, or it is deliberate.
