We need a resolution to the inability to claim lives from friends

Come on King, everyone in discussion is so angry about this timer which for some reason is malfunctioning and preventing players claiming the extra up to 20 lives from friends. I have been unable to claim any extra lives from friend for 2 days now, it was bad enough that you restricted us to 20 lives and now this!! This needs to be fixed and soon. QueenB posted yesterday that this problem has been fixed but I can assure you it hasn't !!

Update, within minutes of this post my lives are now accessible, hoping you all are able to access yours x

I'm am not able to claim lives from friends. I'm able to give lives, but what good is that if they can't use them? Fix it, King.

I am just now able to accept lives. I didn't reload the game or do anything else. Suddenly I was able to click on received lives. Finally!

Further update, I managed to claim 10 of my 20 lives but now the timer has reappeared again and I am unable to claim any more lives, for goodness sake King you really know how to annoy a player !!!
