Payment made for gold pass and never got item!!!!

I paid 5.29 total through Paypal for the Gold Pass early this morning on my PC. I just got on to play and it is still asking me to buy it! I checked paypal and the payment went through. Either give me my money back or correct this! Also --- game keeps freezing up when I click different things through the game and it only does this on PC -- not phone. I will file through Paypal if you do not respond with refund or Gold Pass. Marie
