Hello big1 if you have uninstalled and reinstalled the Candy Crush app from your device then this deletes all of your unused boosters.
After you have uninstalled and reinstalled the app you will be at level one when you open the app for the first time.
Sign back into your game using your email address and password and your level will be restored. Once you sign back in your gold will also be restored.
