Any time I watch a Queensview add I cannot get out of the add and then I lose my prize. Please get rid of this ad; it’s the only one I have ever had, and continue to have issues with.

We have passed on the feedback and in the meantime, have you tried restarting your device and see if that helps? I had the same issue and restarting the device cleared that out.
