How do I get help from the support team, please advise? Emails are unanswered, feedback ignored. Been cheated out of gold bars, maybe time to reconsider whether I want to continue with Candy Crush

I have sent two emails asking about technical issues with candy crush friends and my inquiries have gone unanswered.
That only suggests that you are not working on it not happening again not that you are going to reimburse those affected.
