Lost game in error level 24651

I was playing level 24651 after the game updated. I had a win streak going and should have won. But, the level never produced the final cherry to drop for the win. Everything else was completed and I still had over 15 moves left. It took my progress away and when I played again, the last cherry appeared immediately.

This is beginning to feel like the game is rigged to prevent winning the bigger prizes lately.
