MISSING ALL GOLD BARS AFTER CONNECT ACCOUNT TO APPLE

Hi

I connected to Apple ID for the first time to save the progress. The problem is ALL of my gold bars disappeared and the number is 630.

What can I do to get all of them back?

I have been trying to send the message to the support team but I haven't received any feedback.

Have you not even had an automated reply from King Support? Everyone that emails Support receives an automated response. You then have to reply to that automated response to get any real help.

Please note there is little chance of you getting all of your gold back because generally King do not replace items that you gained from playing the game. They will readily replace anything that you paid real money for.
