Can anyone suggest a remedy please? Candy Crush Saga game won't complete loading, it gets half way and then spins - any suggestions gratefully accepted.
How about you follow these troubleshooting steps of Crashing/Freezing issue/bug here (any device) that I hope nothing this happens. 😊

If you want to try uninstall and reinstall steps, you have your gold bars and level progress are saved/transfered but all of the boosters and inventory lives are lost and some events will be reset or gone when you save your progress completed with your Facebook or Kingdom Account connected.
Hi @Totothedog - from your reply I. Assume you are playing on a PC. I am strictly a mobile device (iOS) player so have no personal experience with issues like this on a PC. Let me see if my fellow mod @kiara_wael can assist you better.

Hi Diamond_Lim - thank you, it does open now in Microsoft Edge but not in Google. Do you happen to know why this might be? Google browser is up to date, I did check that.

As soon as I got to this level it gave me an error message 'unable to win level' and kicked me out. I tried again a few times and same message. How do I get past this level? It says level needs yellow candies and no yellow candies show up so I can't even play it.
Ads that start with scrolling green line across bottom and green OPEN rectangle "crash" most of the time. Only the green line ones have problem. Problem: ad plays, x appears top right corner.
