Can’t close ads. Watching ads no bonus received

I can’t close some ads. Specifically the hello fresh ad. Goes for 30 seconds and no option to close during ad without closing and reopening the app. Also I continuously get this ad. It’s currently pretty much the only one that’s playing. So 3 minutes to play a 90 second game. What a waste of time. I’m about to cancel my account. I’ve raised this before and still happening.In addition sometimes I watch the whole ad and the close button is outside the screen so I have to close the app with no bonus received. I’m really over it. I have a time limit bonus and can’t use it because I have to keep closing the app. So frustrating. .
