Special sale items when playing

Question

This is not the first time this has happened to me, but I paid for a $6.99 special today with a lot of boosters plus an hour of playing time, only to find that I didn’t get the boosters or the free playing time, ugh!  It’s happened several times and I’m not a new player, considering I’m on level $13,612 this shouldn’t happen, please refund today’s purchase!

Hello @Ldavis53 this forum can't deal with refund requests as it has no access to your banking details.

For all issues related to not receiving everything that you purchased you must contact Player Support.

You should contact Player Support using the Help function of your game.
