I was playing candy crush at level 265 and when countdown finished i tried to extend the countdown with the gold bars which cost me 10 gold bars. So, when i purchased it, suddenly game stoped working and 10 golds are gone and it restarted and i didn't got back my gold bars

Another inappropriate response to a genuine question! Just because @trijzzz used the word "purchase" when referring the extending the game with gold bars. Hey, READ the posts please.

Hello trijzzz I am sorry to say that you will probably not get your ten gold bars back. King only replace items that you have purchased with real money. If the gold bars you lost were just won by playing the game then they are unlikely to replace them.
