Why do you override the sound settings for your own ads when my phone is on silent?
I too have been having sound override on my phone. I have been a crush player for some time now and this is getting worse. My phone is set for silent but some new adds seem to think they’re more important to make sure you hear them even if your sound is muted. I’ve had to turn my sound on then off again a couple time for it to take effect. What King is doing is not right. You are hacking into personal settings that you have no authority to do so. I have also been noticing when the add is finished there needs to be multiple steps to take to close it. Like pressing the x multiple times or closing my App Store that you conveniently open for me. Can we just enjoy playing your game and stop this nonsense of trying to manipulate us into getting fooled by clicking the wrong thing to open what ever your trying to get us to buy or play?
I have this problem too, on and off for years. It is annoying everyone within earshot and very embarrassing when all of a sudden the music plays loud as anything, while you are on a train or someone is having a doze next to you. Can this ever be fixed by King? Every time you launch a new event, like All Stars or Barbie or whatever, the adverts that come on when you load the game wake everybody up next to me. I never play Candy Crush with sound. My phone is set to silent. And yet, your own feature adverts blare away! Who is responsible for this override mechanism and can this be looked into?
NOT Helpful!:--> "Go into the games settings n turn it off." Sound turned off on phone, game settings, and on launcher. Been playing for years, now having problems w rwo CCrush apps. It's CCrush app problems, not me.
NOT pleased. Hopefully situation changes soon, or will be taking a break from these games.

How can I be in a group with someone who has only played just over 300 games and compete when I am over 11k in levels? How can their style be similar to mine? This is just a money making racquet otherwise we’d compete against people on similar levels. Someone must explain this and with LOGIC!!
Since a couple of days ago, i had 94 (or 93) golden bars. All of the sudden, i realized just yesterday that i have left only 4 though i never used any of the 94 for any reason. Neither for extra moves or for any kind of purchase. Please check my account/profile and restore the amount of bars i should have. Thank you
this level opens and immediately says you lost the level with zero moves made. I believe there’s a glitch in this level. It’s been happening for two days.
hi my game froze in the middle of beating five seasons in first place and I couldn’t move forward I lost all progress after having to quit the app and had to start all over againn
