I have said to myself several times now that I will no longer spend money on Candy Crush Saga. I am sticking to this, as recently I see a lot of unfairness. For example, when I You tube search how to beat a level with no boosters and I watch them play, they start off with 15 additional moves than I do. How is that so?
I have been playing for several years now, and it has gotten to a point where I am at a point of losing interest. Recently, I upgraded my phone. My account name was Lp and was doing well in the game, since the phone upgrade it changed my account name and I was no longer able to us Lp. For some reason it kept my level but not my gold bars or anything else I had with the Lp account. The email linked with the game should have been the same which makes it hard to believe how the account did not migrate. I also was receiving monthly gold bars for an accomplishment, this is no longer the case.
I feel this game is only after sucking gold bars out of you to advance a single level in the game, which I think is just greedy. The once enjoyment of the game, which I did not mind supporting buy purchasing gold bars, is no longer there. If you require gold bars to advance, then I guess I reached the finish line for the game (level 13690 with only 20 moves...).
Hello @tbird17779 you have posted a question in Support, but to be honest I am not sure what your question is or what help you are after.
You will find many people here will agree with your sentiment that Candy Crush has become a game that requires you to pay gold to complete a level. 20 moves being a standard across many levels (and less on some levels) is not level design. It is a money grab tactic.
As for your account I can only imagine that you did something wrong when you signed back into your game. After you downloaded the app onto your new phone all you had to do was sign in with your username and email address. I think you probably selected the wrong sign in option. You should have chosen 'sign in with existing King account' and not 'sign up with email' when signing back into your game account on your new device.
The monthly gold you were receiving was probably from the recently discontinued Candy Royale feature.
I believe as long as you haven't changed the email linked to your account then Player Support should be able to restore your lost gold.

Now I might be pushing it here, but when I was dealing with this issue about a month ago. I sent a message through the email support system and a Frank was trying their best to help me. And in their response, mentioned about me being a loyal customer was going to provide:
35 color bombs
35 striped wrapped candies
35 jelly fishes
35 free switches
35 lollipops
35 coconut wheels
35 lucky candies
I do not seem to see these...
