After a month of trying to sort the missing gold bars well over 200 of them that I should have got I got a reply. It was unhelpful and I now give up. Have played candy crush for over 10 years. King support are useless. There are no real people anymore just bots 😢. I am attaching one of many screenshots of winnings that I didn’t receive

Hi @Helen_Brown those aren't screenshots of winnings those are screenshots of your progress in the Candy Royale. You only win gold from Candy Royale when you have completed all seven levels of the feature.

Hi Helen. I'm afraid you have misunderstood how the Candy Royale competition works. They don't give away the gold at this stage, it says "Tap to continue", that means continue to to play and try to win. Only when you have won all of the levels and you get the tab "claim" have you actually won anything. Sorry to disappoint you.

Well you did used to. It gives you your cut up to that point. Now it apparently doesn’t They should put it back to the way it was before and scrap the gold bars then.
