Lives from Friends-King? Come on!

OK, I think I have a legit concern here that needs King’s attention .

Why does the CCS game give players the ability to ask for a friend’s help with lives but players are not able to use them when necessary ?

Am in the semi- finals and can’t access these lives for 24 hours! Now I have to wait 30 minutes to have another try at a level that’s impossible to pass and sometimes takes multiple tries. Or pay for lives😑

I l think games should help reduce stress, but this does quite the opposite at times. I had played the old version and didn’t spend a dime.

What’s your take on this??
