You can try playing to complete on your latest (nearest) milestone level 5000 first then you will receive the latest milestone level banner. I believe if you play level 5000 again and pass you will get it? It worked for me at other levels. I didn't have my 10,000 badge but then went back to play that level and got it second time round.
