The problem is that King make more money by the current system. Technical support ? That would mean having to pay people. Everyone paying some money to take part? That would be putting too many players off. This is what makes the most profit: Millions of players duped into thinking they stand a chance of winning money, and wasting their hard earned cash in the process. Your option would be fair. King are not interested in fairness.

The only winer here is King. Probably they will have obteines their biggest profit ever manipulating the players.
