@QueenB interesting question from @Colleen12 about the help center is this forum the support center now? Has or will online support be closed? I noticed we have help a newbie for 200 bars a month plus during the all stars people we also directed here for answers to any issues. Is this a slow way to turn over support completely to this forum? I'm pretty sure you will not or cannot give a answer but I thought I would ask anyway
I haven't had any response from King Customer Care since Allstars 2024 regarding any issue I have submitted. I keep getting referred to this forum which does not provide any answers related to any of my issues yet I keep getting Customer Care Feedback requests. I am not sure why I keep getting these requests and no one in here will answer my direct questions regarding King Community now providing the support for several months now. Let's see if we get an answer. Inquiring minds definitely want to know 😂 Have a great day

Me either, I'm still waiting for responses on several issues. I am still not getting a response from Customer Care and it looks like no answers are forthcoming here in the Community either. So really where do players go to get answers for the specific questions about the game and/or issues that are continuously having problems? Issues that a Community post suggests are fixed, but they are definitely not fixed.
Right now the issue is specifically related to Candy Royale. Is there a specific person here in the Community that will at least acknowledge the issue and indicate if the matter is at least being investigated?

removing the opt out option has me playing less. Frustrating when using a timed booster and Royale game uses up precious time finding players then letting you know you’ve lost and what you could win. I’ve won gold bars so I like the game but not being forced to play it.
