As you can see in the screenshot above, I've successfully paid €10,- in order to get 10 more golden bars. The amount of €10 - was withdrawn from my bankaccout, but unfortunately I never received those 10 golden bars. I mean, whenever I pay for something, I'd like to receive what I just paid for. I'd appreciate it if you're willing to have a look into this issue! And of course I'd like to receive those 10 golden bars since they were paid for by me. Please resolve this issue for me guys because money is something I never ever have enough of it. It would be a shame if you lose me as a player over this money issue... I have faith in you guys you'll come up with a solution soon and I would also appreciate it if you're willing to explain how this succesful payment could still go wrong. I mean, the €10,- were succesfully withdrawn from my bankaccount, so how come I didn't receive the 10 golden bars which had definitely been paid for? Besides, it came to my attention that this problem has happened to quite some more people! It's about time to resolve this issue for once and for all! This is no good for the trust I've been having so far for you guys, it kind of saddens me... Please resolve the issue and try to fix this highly annoying bug please! Thank you very much!
