I cleared all jelly and release the gummi dragon but 1 gummi dragon not open
And I lost my win strike

Hello @AkashKumar214 unfortunately what you are seeing is the result of an issue that has been going on for sometime.
There is not a lot you can do about it and generally the issue resolves itself the next time you play the level
You can try contacting Player Support regarding the loss of your Win Streak but it is highly unlikely that they will reinstate it. They might give you some boosters as a goodwill gesture though.
