Could be one of a couple of reasons Maromaro.
You might be the owner of a Huawei phone that can't access the Google Play Store due to the US trade ban. I think you can get around this by sideloading, but I believe that can invalid any warranty you might have.
The other cause of your issue could be the result of a long standing issue that King can't seem to fix or even acknowledge.
If you are seeing a spinning circle when trying to contact your Store similar to what you can see in the thread linked below then there is no fix other than to delete and reinstall your app. If you do this though you will lose all of your saved lives and unused boosters.
