Help with level 3451

Level 2
I am on level 3451 and have been on it for almost 2 weeks. I have gotten the candy box bonus boosters twice and still can't beat this level. The ads to purchase are never-ending, because they know you can't beat certain levels without making a purchase. Sad! I will not spend a dime in this game ever! I made the mistake of purchasing boosters before and now that seems to be the only way to be able to beat levels. Seems the tagline "Relieve the stress" doesn't apply anymore.

Remove the liquorice swirls first, so the striped candies that fall from the dispensers will cause more damage.
When the board is opened, a wrapped candy color bomb combo can make you win if there are enough target candies on the board
