Nothing works not even using booster. I tried all the fixes the “support” suggested. I can’t play at all. So sad.

Hello at vettetex there is nothing wrong with your game. Missing pre-game boosters like you have shown in your first screenshot is normal for some levels.
In your second screenshot that you have shared you have three moves to make. I have shown you the three moves in my picture below. When there is ice on the board you can only move a candy into the ice and not out. In my picture you can move any of the candy marked with an arrow down into the ice.
Please note that you will find that levels 4597, 4598, 4600, 4603 also do not allow the use of pre-game boosters.
How about you follow these troubleshooting steps of Crashing/Freezing issue/bug here (any device) that I hope this helps and nothing this happens. 😊
⚠️ NOTE ⚠️
If you want to try uninstall and reinstall steps, you have your gold bars and level progress are saved/transfered but all of the boosters and inventory lives are lost and some events will be reset or gone when you save your progress completed with your Facebook or Kingdom Account connected.
